Look at how well Eli is holding that pen. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that he's using his left hand. I want Brenna to be a lefty in the worst way so that she takes after her mommy!
The craziest thing is ... we never ever showed him how to hold a pen. He just did it one day a few weeks ago. And he will correct the pen in his hand until it is just that way. And it's always the left hand. He has tried a couple of times with his right hand ... but you can see that he can just control it better with his left.

Yay for lefties. And yes, he does really hold the pen well. I think he is going to be quite the learned man. :)
